Gene Percudani has been wringing out the Poconos for years. If he i snot ripping somebody off he is threatening to sue them & boasting that he will break anybody who battles with him in court. Look at what the bastard has done to Ben Croasdale a neighboring landowner at the Cherry Valley Golf Course. The Percudani list of sleazy dealings & arrogance is long indeed. Perhaps it is time for Gene to pay the piper.

A complete background check, including verification of current license status, should be conducted prior to hiring a “Foreclosure Consultant”. You should not sign any documents concerning your home without consulting with an Attorney, CPA and/or Real Estate Broker. Unfortunately many fraudsters prey on people who are in desperate situations.
